The Requirement for Quote (RFQ) is used when a buyer or importer floats an enquiry so that it can be fulfilled by the exporters. All the possible details of the product, size, specifications, payment terms, packaging requirements are mentioned in this. When you receive this as an exporter, you can understand about the requirement of the buyer/importer. On the contrary, if you are planning to import, you can need to float a RFQ and specify your requirement in the similar way so that the exporters will understand your requirements as an importer!
